مرحباً بكم في تطبيق مخيم نت. نحن نضع خصوصية وحماية بياناتكم الشخصية في مقدمة أولوياتنا. توضح هذه السياسة بشكل كامل وشفاف ماهية البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامكم للتطبيق، وكيفية معالجتها وتأمينها وفقاً لمعايير الأمان وسياسات متجر Google Play للأمان والخصوصية.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها والأذونات المطلوبة

تعتمد الخدمات التفاعلية داخل قسم الدردشة والاتصال على الوصول إلى ميزات معينة في جهازكم، ولا يتم تفعيل هذه الأذونات إلا بعد موافقتكم الصريحة عليها عند طلبها برمجياً من قِبل النظام:

يتضمن قسم الاتصالات ميزة المساعد الافتراضي "ريتا" المدعوم تقنياً بنموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي من جوجل (Google Gemini API). يتم معالجة النصوص والمحادثات التي تجريها مع البوت عبر خوادم آمنة لتقديم الإجابات الفورية والمساعدة الذكية. ونؤكد التزامنا التام بعدم مشاركة أو استغلال أي من هذه البيانات مع جهات إعلانية خارجية.

3. الأقسام العامة وعرض المحتوى (الرئيسية، التلفزيون، الراديو)

نحيطكم علماً بأن الأقسام الأخرى داخل التطبيق والمخصصة لعرض المحتوى والخدمات الإعلامية والأخبار (مثل قسم الرئيسية، البث المباشر للقنوات التلفزيونية، وإذاعة الراديو) هي أقسام عامة ومفتوحة تماماً ولا تطلب أو تستخدم أي صلاحيات أو أذونات خاصة من جهاز المستخدم. كما نؤكد التزامنا الصارم باحترام حقوق الملكية الفكرية؛ حيث تقتصر قائمة القنوات والاتصالات المتوفرة على بث القنوات المجانية والمفتوحة تماماً للعموم على الإنترنت، ولا يستضيف التطبيق أو يعرض أي محتوى مشفر أو مقرصن.

4. سياسة المحتوى المُنشأ من قِبل المستخدمين (UGC) والمجموعات

حرصاً على توفير بيئة تواصل آمنة وموثوقة لجميع الأعضاء، فإن إنشاء المجموعات العامة والخاصة لا يتم بشكل عشوائي من قِبل المستخدمين, بل يخضع لإشراف ورقابة مسبقة ويتم حصرياً بالتواصل مع حساب "الإدارة" الرسمي (@admin) داخل التطبيق. نحن نطبق سياسة صارمة وخالية من التسامح تجاه أي سلوك مسيء أو محتوى يحض على الكراهية، ويمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي انتهاك عبر زر "إبلاغ" المخصص للتواصل الفوري مع الدعم الفني عبر الواتساب لاتخاذ إجراء الحظر.

5. بند الحماية الأمنية وحالات استثناء الخصوصية (هام)

إن خصوصية محادثاتكم محمية بشكل افتراضي، ولكن تسقط حصانة الخصوصية فوراً عن أي حساب في حال وجود بلاغات أو شكاوى مؤكدة تتعلق بالتهديد، الابتزاز، الاحتيال، أو تعريض سلامة الأعضاء للخطر. في هذه الحالات القصيرة والطبيعية، تمتلك إدارة التطبيق الحق القانوني والتقني الكامل في مراجعة سجل رسائل الحساب المشتبه به، وتتبع أطراف التواصل ومعرفة مع من تواصل ومن هدد، وذلك لضمان حماية الضحايا، ووأد الفتن، واتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية وحظر الحساب نهائياً.

6. آلية حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمتلك كل مستخدم الحق الكامل في طلب حذف حسابه وبياناته. نظرًا لأن التطبيق يدار بشكل آمن، فإن حذف الحساب يتم من خلال إرسال طلب مباشر إلى حساب "الإدارة" (@admin) داخل التطبيق أو عبر مراسلة الدعم الفني (من خلال زر إبلاغ). بمجرد استلام الطلب من قِبل الإدارة، يتم مراجعته يدوياً وحذف الحساب وكافة البيانات التقنية والرسائل المرتبطة به نهائياً ومن جذورها من قاعدة البيانات فوراً وبشكل لا يمكن استعادته.

7. أمان وتشفير نقل البيانات

يتم تشفير كافة البيانات والرسائل والاتصالات المتبادلة بين تطبيق "مخيم نت" والخوادم بشكل كامل أثناء النقل باستخدام بروتوكولات حماية مشفرة وموثوقة (HTTPS)، مما يمنع أي محاولة للوصول غير المصرح به من أطراف خارجية.

We also emphasize our strict commitment to respecting intellectual property rights; the list of available channels is strictly limited to free-to-air, publicly available internet broadcasts, and the app does not host or stream any encrypted or pirated content.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Group Policy

To ensure a safe and reliable communication environment for all members, the creation of public and private groups is not done randomly by users, but is subject to prior supervision and is handled exclusively by contacting the official "Admin" account (@admin) within the app. We apply a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any hateful or abusive content, and users can report any violation immediately via the "Report" button designated for instant support via WhatsApp for immediate banning actions.

5. Security Protection & Privacy Exceptions Clause (Important)

The privacy of your chats is protected by default. However, privacy immunity is immediately dropped for any account in the event of confirmed reports or complaints regarding threats, extortion, fraud, or endangering the safety of members. In these critical cases, the application administration retains full legal and technical rights to review the message history of the suspected account, trace the communication parties, and find out who they communicated with and who they threatened, in order to protect victims, prevent harm, and permanently ban the offending account.

6. Account & Data Deletion Mechanism

Every user has the full right to request the deletion of their account and data. Since the application is securely managed, account deletion is carried out by sending a direct request to the official "Admin" account (@admin) within the app or via technical support (Report button). Once the request is received by the administration, it is reviewed manually, and the account along with all associated technical data and messages is permanently deleted from the database immediately and irreversibly.
